2025 Vendor Information - Sandhills Mental Health Symposium
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to be a vendor at the Sandhills Regional Education Consortium - Mental Health Symposium on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at Southern Regional AHEC in Fayetteville, NC. This one-day event will bring together educators, mental health professionals, and community partners to share strategies and resources for supporting mental health in schools across the Sandhills.
Why Exhibit at the Symposium?
Engage Directly with Attendees: As a vendor, you will have the unique opportunity to connect directly with symposium attendees, including educators, school administrators, and mental health professionals, at the beginning of the event.
Prime Exposure: Set up a 5 ft. table in the vendor area, where you can interact with all participants as they arrive and during the opening of the symposium. This is a prime time for networking and building relationships with decision-makers and potential clients.
Increase Your Reach: Showcase your products, services, and solutions to an audience deeply invested in mental health and education. This event attracts key individuals who are seeking innovative solutions to support their schools and communities.
Vendor Details:
Table Setup: A 5 ft. table will be provided, and vendors will have the opportunity to set up before the symposium begins.
Vendor Fee: $100 per 5 ft. table space, includes lunch for 1 person.
Additional Vendor Registration: Vendors may purchase additional registrations for people to attend. This will be a reduced rate of $25.00 per person and will cover food costs of the individual.
Invoices: Invoices will be sent once your vendor space is confirmed. Payments are non-refundable and expected prior to the event.
