Women in Executive Leadership will provide participants the opportunity to equip themselves with strategies and tools necessary for those seeking to make the transition from the school level to the district office.  

These sessions will focus on leadership and development in the following areas:

• Effective operation and management in a district leadership role

• Understanding the nature of the professional challenges faced by women during this time of educational change

• Becoming a part of a professional network of women leaders from across the state

• Navigating the political landscape
